Using This Site
tippvet.com is operated by Tipp City Veterinary Hospital, Inc. (“Tipp City Veterinary Hospital,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, Not Veterinary Advice
The information on this site, including our blog and resources, is general education. It is not a diagnosis or treatment plan for your pet, and it does not replace an examination by a veterinarian. Always follow the specific instructions your own veterinarian gives you.
Using this site, filling out a form, or sending us records does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Under Ohio law, that relationship requires that one of our veterinarians has examined your pet. Submitting a form does not book an appointment until our team confirms it.
If your pet has an emergency outside our business hours, call your nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital right away, such as MedVet Dayton or Care Center. Please do not use our website forms or email for emergencies.
Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you agree to receive texts from us, our Text Messaging Terms apply. Some calls and texts are handled by our AI phone assistant, and those calls are recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments and Financing
Financing offered through links on our site is provided by independent companies. They decide approval, rates, and terms, and your financing agreement is with them, not with us. Online payments made through our payment portal are also subject to the terms shown on that page.
Testimonials and Results
The testimonials and stories on this site describe individual experiences. Every pet is different, and your pet’s diagnosis, treatment, and recovery may differ.
Our Content
The text, photos, videos, logos, and design of this site belong to Tipp City Veterinary Hospital or to those who licensed them to us.
