We text you about your pet’s appointments and care. We never send marketing texts, and you can stop anytime.

Our Text Messaging Program

Tipp City Veterinary Hospital Client Messages is the text messaging program of Tipp City Veterinary Hospital, Inc. We send text messages to clients about their pets’ care:

- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Reminders when your pet is due for vaccines, exams, or other care.

Updates about your pet on the day of a visit or procedure.
Notices when medications, food, or records are ready.
Replies when you text us.

Some of our texts are sent, and some of your texts are answered, by our AI phone assistant. You can ask to reach a member of our team at any time.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How You Sign Up

You agree to receive texts from us when you give us your mobile number and check the “Yes, text me” box in the Text Messages section of our new client paperwork.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving care. We can reach you by phone or email instead.

When you sign up, we send one text confirming you are enrolled.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies, depending on your pet’s appointments and care. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping Texts and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed.
Reply HELP for help, or call us at 937-667-8489 or email info@tippvet.com.
To start texts again, reply START or ask our team.

If you stop texts, we will still reach you by phone or email about your pet’s care.

Mobile Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
